What to keep in mind

No sugar-coating. This is a business, not passive income.

01 / NOTE
Launch takes time
The first 1–2 months are a ramp-up: ads are learning, order flow is being built. Instant profit is not realistic — this is normal for any new online business.
02 / NOTE
Not every city fits
We evaluate population, buying power and cost-per-click. If the numbers do not support a launch — we say so upfront and do not charge you.
03 / NOTE
Results depend on you
We run the system and the traffic. The local operations are on you. Picking, packing, replies to customers directly drive repeat purchases and growth.
03 / ASSORTMENT

05 / QUESTIONS

Frequently asked

Do I need experience in e-commerce or marketing? +

No. We run the ads, the site and the analytics. From you we need basic diligence: pick the order, pack it, hand it to the courier, notice when stock is running low. We train you on the operational side at launch and stay in touch afterwards.

How much of my time does this really take? +

At the start — about 1–2 orders per day, 10–15 minutes each. On average 30–60 minutes a day, plus receiving new shipments every 2–4 weeks. As orders grow the time grows, and at some point it makes sense to bring in a helper — we will tell you when.

Where do I store the stock, do I need a warehouse? +

No separate warehouse. The assortment fits on a few shelves at home — roughly a small closet. That is one of the strengths of the model: low fixed costs and no rent.

How does delivery work? +

Through courier services — Uber, Skip, local providers. You hand the packed order to a courier, who brings it to the customer within 1–2 hours. The delivery fee is added to the order and paid by the customer.

What revenue is realistic, and when? +

Months 1–2 are the ramp-up: ads are learning, first orders come in. By months 3–6 most cities reach a gross profit of $2,000–3,000 per month. From there it grows with order volume and depends on city size and ad density.

What if the model does not work in my city? +

Before launch we evaluate your city: population, buying power, competition, ad cost-per-click. If the numbers do not support a launch — we say so upfront and do not charge you. It makes no sense for us to launch a partner in a city that will not turn a profit.

Is this legal? +

Fully legal. We help with business registration in your country/province, payment processing and tax reporting. The assortment consists of products already sold in regular retail stores and marketplaces.
